Edinburgh’s Cycle Network Challenge
Explore and discover the off-street traffic-free cycle routes of North
Edinburgh by taking the Innertube map Postcode Challenge on Sunday 12th June.
The innertube is a cycle map with a difference- much like a subway map would, it links cycle routes across the city, creating a ‘network’ of off-road ways to get around.
The challenge will be to cycle these routes and find the ten locations where local organisations will be stationed. From each one, collect a card with that location’s postcode on it (and maybe other gifts) and bring all ten cards to Fiveways Junction by 4pm to win prizes!
There will be more information about the locations and postcodes on the Bike Station website all next week.
Taking part is totally free, and is supported by the People’s Postcode Lottery as part of the Bike Station and Edinburgh and Lothian’s Greenspace Trust‘s project to promote Edinburgh’s off-street cycling and walking network through the Innertube map.
